Are you already a proud owner of your own Spanish dream home? But unfortunately, you do not live here permanently. We at Sjöblad can help you with Keyholding so your home is always perfect when you come. Key management is based on trust. Book an unpretentious meeting and see how you feel.

• Key management BASE 1 visit per month 120 € per year Included in the price is a visit to the property per month with dated photos taken, so you yourself see that your home is safe. We call immediately if something has happened. We are your guard against all unforeseen events.
  
  
• Key management NORMAL 1 visit per month 350€ per year
• Key management EXTRA 2 visits per month 600€ per year
• Key management ALWAYS 4 visits per month 1100€ per year

What is included in key management visit:

• Pictures dated at each visit.
• Check running water, flush toilet, and all taps.
• Airing.
• Check for burglary marks.
• Check for any visible (storm / water) damage to your home.
• Checking all locks and that alarm systems are working (if possible)
• Control of any pests.
• Check that the electricity is on, sometimes it is incorrectly cut off.
• Collect your mail.
• We save an "extra" set of keys for you if you lock yourself out.

In the event of an error, we call directly with suggestions for actions. You can now be sure that your home is visited and in safe hands. We offer lots of additional services and can also work with you to prepare your personal visit schedule.

Additional services

Forward collected mail to your home address or by email. 5 euros per visit / ex. postage

In package ALWAYS, irrigation of indoor flowers is offered at 3 euros per visit.

If you have rented out or are expecting a visit, we offer key collection on request, 35€ per opening.

Do you want food in the fridge!? We fill it up for you from Carrefour, Consum or Mercadona. Your shopping list - our time, from 25€ euros depending on how long the list is. Refrigerated / frozen goods are transported in cooler bags.
